Montage
For University we were given the task of creating a montage using various videos and images. All these could be played to a soundtrack consisting of either commercial music or a soundtrack which we devised ourselves.

This montage obviously made me think of rocky straight away, in particular the montage sequence in rocky four.
ReplyDeletei think Simon performs really well in his piece, especially in front of camera i also like the use of stills and motion together, i find the way they're edited really compliments each other.
I really liked the footage shot outside and i think that if there was more of this then the montage would feel more open and less cramped.
