The story will be told through a fly on the wall documentary style and with a voice over narration.
The narration will give a brief introduction stating the study of VDU's so viewers know the aim behind the programme.
The show will then follow all 5 subjects and present how their life at hom and work differ without VDU's. There will also be times in the show when the subjects will talk directly to the camera and give their views on how easy or difficult they are finding the experiment.
For the conclusion of the programme the narrator will recap on the key parts of the show and discuss how each subject found the experiment.
There will then be a fade followed by the end credits.
